Rat's Hole Custom Bike Show Partnership
The legendary Rat's Hole Custom Bike Show from the USA is now the new partner of the SWISS-CUSTOM Customizing and Tuning Show. In 2018, one of the sought-after Rat's Hole Trophies is being awarded in Europe for the very first time, and the newly appointed Best-of-Show Bike from the 2017 Sturgis Rally 2017 will also be on display.

The world’s biggest and most prestigious customising show from the USA has been making its mark on the art of customisation since 1972 and has produced a number of the most eminent bike builders. After several years of successful cooperation with the biggest customising show in the Middle East (Custom Show Emirates), SWISS-CUSTOM has set a further milestone with this new cooperation.

Rat’s Hole Award

An award from the Rat's Hole Custom Bike Show is regarded as a veritable Oscar in the customizing scene, because it was in this land of unlimited possibilities that the foundation stone for the art of customization was laid. For many years now, hundreds of thousands of motorcycle fans have been descending on two self-proclaimed rat’s holes in Daytona and Sturgis in order to celebrate the world’s best customizers. With this new cooperation between SWISS-CUSTOM and Rat’s Hole, bike builders and customizing fans from Europe will now be able to marvel at customizing art from America too. The organisers of the Rat's Hole Custom Bike Show will be closely examining the unique pieces exhibited at the SWISS-CUSTOM Bike Show and selecting a bike to receive one of their much sought-after trophies. In addition, the overall winner of the SWISS-CUSTOM Bike Show will be given a trip to the Custom Show Emirates 2018 in Abu Dhabi. Visitors can look forward to the European premiere of the unique Sturgis Best-of-Show Bike “Dyslexia” by Hawke Lawshe.

Entries can be submitted up until 7 January 2018 at After an initial selection round, fifty individual bikes will be selected for the SWISS-CUSTOM Bike Show and elaborately presented at the SWISS-MOTO motorcycle, scooter and tuning show that is being staged at Messe Zürich from 22 to 25 February 2018.
